A:Yes,we will pre-installed 3D GPS off-line map for you country ,Generally,we use Igo as gps software .You need to download in your country if we had no map date for your country .
Q :What’s your warranty on purchase ?
A: We guarantee 12 months warranty for non-human damage and return accepted within 15 days after delivery .Buyer need to pay for the return shipping cost.
Q:Can I connected my rear camera to your device ?
A: Yes,withcamera video input which enables you to connect after-market rear camera with RCA plug to our device.
Q:Does it come with TV function and do I need to cut cable for connection ?
A:No ,you need pay extra cost for external digital tv box if you need watch mobil digital tv your area ,no need to cut your original cable ,just plug and play wiring connection.
